Why I move so much
At least one form of intentional movement each day works for me on an energetic and emotional level. I find joy in the discipline, self-esteem in the achievement, bettering my ability to cope with life’s challenges.
For me, swimming, running and yoga bring the best variety, enjoyment and benefits to my wellbeing. Why wouldn’t I want to do one of these each day?
I have built a lifestyle that works for what I need and can be fluid depending on mood, energy, where I’m at in my cycle.
So you’ll find me in the pool or (when I’m brave) wild swimming, running the river in London or flowing through a yoga class.
